Cigars - Who's Smoking What?

Not that it is a mainstream cigar...but had a chance to smoke a couple of cigars from Al Capone's Hideout. For being your normal everyday cigars...these babies sure did smoke a long time. I am heading over to the Cigar shop tonight to pick up some real goodies...

I'm not an everyday smoker, but my dad brought a box back from the factory in the Dominican and got me hooked. La flor has some of the best smokes in my opinion.

Just had a Perdomo Tierra Del Sol....A nice mild to medium maduro wrapped stick....and only 2-3 bux to boot!

i really like Fonseca cigars. they have a lot of flavor for a mild cigar.

I enjoyed the first 1/2 of a Rocky Patel Java Cigar(Maduro). Once I got thru the first 1/2....it became quite harsh and didn't enjoy the intense flavors. It was almost ~full bodies once i got 1/2.

Just saw this thread on the forum. I was given a few cigars by a client of mine about 6 months ago and so I've gotten back into smoking cigars. I've tried the Ghurkha's but they just don't burn even and give off some very odd flavors. Hands down the best cigar that I've had in years is the CAO Mx2. depending on where you get them they're under $7 and they always burn nicely and have a full bodied and smoth draw. A couple others to note are the Padron 1964 Anniversary and the Fuente Fuente OpusX (both around $10).

No I want work to be over so I can go home and enjoy one. I think I have one Mx2 left.

i've picked up 2 CAO samplers and enjoy a CAO quite often. Their Blacks are delic!

i'm heading to the shore ..and my otterbox holds 4 churchills nicely...But this year i changed up and did an array of NUB cigars including a few of their new CAIN release. a nice full bodied cigar packed into a NUB!

and yes..Ghurkha's are hit or miss with me as well.....i stay away.

My usual go-to is a Perdomo Lot 23....

this time...a NUB 460 CAMEROON

this cigar is a medium bodies shorty that packs a long enjoyful smoke.

i managed to get a bout 80% thru the cigar before i finished cutting the grass...so this lil 4 in stogie lasted about 90 minutes. The smoke was a oily leather that maintained a consistent level of enjoyment from beginning to end.

from about 20 minutes in...till the end...i kept a nice cigar buzz which wasn't overwhelming. It really was an joyous smoke...and recommend to anyone who a) has the time to smoke one and b) enjoys a consistent medium-bodied cigar.

The price tag isn't economical but buying a few for some special occasions is recommended.

I really like the NUB Cameroon, but I've had 5-6 Alec Bradley Family Blends here lately within the last 4mos, and they have become one of my fav's.
