Postby Bruce » Tue Mar 06, 2007 4:08 am

So it's the British Open this weekend. Just checked out the field, and there are all of 5 players rated worse than me in the Pro division!

Must....not....DFL....

I made the Semis! Finished tied 15th out of 30, very happy 8)
Unofficial results and ratings are online already here

I'm loving the fact that there are four 990+ golfers behind me

Awesome weekend!

Nice job!!! I'm guessing you're Neil? Cause I don't see a Bruce in the results...

Well congrats again, Bruce...if that's your real name...

Any chance you know Dan and John Massey?

They flew out for the USDGC last October and I got the chance to hang out with them for a few days. Not sure where they're located in the UK, but I'm sure you guys see most of the same people at tournies.

I know Damn Massive and the Pope very well indeed, as well as their brothers Sam and Bryn! Dan was supposed to be playing at the weekend but wimped out when he saw the competition

I was less than surprised to see that any USDGC photos they were in also featured beer

Why such an extreme sidearm? From the pov of the camera person it seems that you're wide open.
