i used to do this with wendy's chicken sandwiches and bacon cheeseburgers.....both from the 99 cent menu.....rough times but it was kinda tasty

This reminds me of the brief time when wendy's had a "double the beef" option for 89 cents back in 2000 or so. It was suppose to be just one extra patty but since I was a poor college student as were the rest of my friends we always got a triple cheeseburger and insisting on getting double the meat. It only worked about 50% of the time.
