OB Disc Entry Point?

Postby jenb » Sun Feb 27, 2011 9:06 pm

So where is the disc entry point of you throw your disc across a stream but it hyzers back or gets blown back by wind into the stream without contacting any part of the course on the far bank that is not OB? Is it the point where it first entered OB, or the point where it reentered OB after exiting?

Does the answer change if the disc lands on the opposite bank and then rolls down into the stream? What if it hits a tree on the the other side and deflects back into the stream?
:p

The disc is marked where it was last in bounds. It doesn't have to touch anything in bounds it just has to cross over the boundry. In your example it would be very difficult to tell for sure so it would fall to a group decision.... I think lol.
