Google xda developers. Hit up the forums. Rooting frees up your phone. It does void your warranty, but you can unroot and leave no evidence of doing it. You can change the looks of your phone, load new OS, free wifi tethering, screenshots, over/underclocking, etc. Its kinda scary the first time, but its very easy.

If you do root, you'll probably used Unrevoked. Its easy. Its installing your phones drivers, plugging in your phone, then clicking a button.

Had an HTC Inspire for a day but couldnt resist going back and trading it in for the horsepower of the Atrix, if im locking into this phone for 2 years i want the highest specs i can get......this thing is smoking fast and the Tegra chip has its own section of games optimized especially for it and they are AWESOME, Dungeon Defenders has gotta be the best phone game ive ever played......someone get it and co-op with me =)

Ah well, that's what's it about on cellphone market still for few years, since they don't really have to push the technologies so much, they aren't even using ddr2 yet even though it'd bring lotsa performance and power saving...
