Jaboc83's Dyes

Postby jaboc83 » Wed Feb 23, 2011 8:39 pm

I figured I might be doing quite a few of these because the first one went ok, so this is the thread where I'll post my dyes :)

To recap. Here's the first. Ugly, but functional.

This one is number 2. It was far more complicated to cut, but I used a homemade lightbox which made it way easier than "The Jish". The image is of Matrim Cauthon. For those who haven't read the 'Wheel of Time' series this is a character who is unnaturally lucky which is good because this is my lucky driver :)

Looks good. Nice and clean, no bleeds. Reminds me a bit of Jigen from Lupin the Third... must be the hat.

Thanks!

Here's a new one from tonight, just my initials. I had my first bleed just at the top of the M. Oh well...

My Star Leopard with a dye of Hanners from the comic Questionable Content. She's highly OCD and therefor is very safe and careful. Much like the shots I make with my leopards :)

A couple new ones tonight. I desperately need a cutter because my freehand cutting is terrible.

This is a friend's wraith. He's a Stargate fan and requested the Earth Glyph.

And here I put an F-18 Hornet on my new Z Hornet. My favorite aircraft aside from the B-25.

Say what? F-14s FTW... Top Gun wasn't flying F/A-18s!

Well, at any rate. Nice dyes, I don't think your free hands are too bad, better than mine at least.

That Hornet dye is pretty cool.
I would like your X-Wasps, please.

Bah, Blue Angels would never make it in those chunky Tomcats :)

Thanks, I can't claim the art as it's just some standard clipart, but it turned out pretty nice.

This one was stupidly easy, but I like it a lot for some reason. I chose a meat cleaver because this is usually the disc I throw to hack my way out of some deep dense trouble. :) (Star Teebird)

Also, I smeared the red stamp getting it off, so it kinda has that blood stain look. I'll pretend I meant to do that.
