Thanks to everyone who is posting information about the courses. It is a great help to those who have never been to BG before.

Asked John Buck of West Virginia who played AM2 last year and is moving up to AM1 this year..

He had this to say about Franklin..

I'm familiar with being the Franklin-Simpson park.
At least half of these baskets are in the open, but they're
strategically placed behind, around or along the treelines. A few of
them play downhill/uphill. There's several OB's around the course like,
on or across the road/walking trails, on the dry and rocky creek bed at
#11 and across any fences or the river & ballcourts & baseball fields.
There's that one basket at #15 you'd want to really look out for that's
a major killer with the river on the right side and the walking trail on
the left side which is pretty narrow. My friend played with me in my
group last year and had a 3-circle 8 I think. lol #16 after that plays
next to the river too, but not as crazy as the previous basket. I've
played from the shorter tees there last year though and expect it to be
just a tad different this year playing from the longer tees which adds
anywhere from 45 to 250ft..

I'm sure I've played with you before, Ziggy, at the CCC last year. Looks like I'll be playing safe a lot of the time it sound like. Maybe have to put my sig. to heart a little more! Keep the info coming if anyone has any more!
Thanks!!

Sorry Ziggy, not really sure what I am doing yet for a ride. I think I will be heading down there with three people + equipment so not sure if I will have the room. If anything changes I'll keep you in mind.
Thanks!
