Mike Inscho Disc Golf Art

Postby Marauder » Tue May 10, 2011 1:12 pm

Hey peeps. I'll use this to post to emerge from the depths with some disc golf related artwork. Comment if you wish... please don't use my art without my consent. The disc golf scene is still a small nit group... and DG artist are familiar with the art that's already out there. Feel free to check out my website: http://www.mikeinscho.com

Here's what I've done so far

^^^^ Currently a work in progress. "The disc leaves your hands.. a world around you remains blurred statues of your subconscious. The basket feels like it draws toward you and your stomach drops for just a brief second. You watch the disc as it rides the perfect line. The feeling is unmistakable... the feeling that you know your disc is zero'd in for that unforgetable shot."
That's the concept anyway. Trying to re-think my approach to the eyes.

a friend of mine told me .. "yeah.. these are sweet.. but what about if someone wants one of these on a disc?" The horizontal one's would need some tweaking. I'll start keeping that in the back of my skull for later on.

Be the first to officially license your art to dyers. The thieving bastards.

At least it'd give you the opportunity to personally do the stencil conversion, which is where they do most of their damage.

I can imagine. I'll have to read up more on the licensing part before I start putting a lot of work out there. No idea where to start on that front.
