Minus the bacon if need be. Sheer heart attack that recipe :-)

i raise Lingham's Thai garlic ginger chili sauce. Not hot but the sweet taste... drool. Just bought two bottles slurp.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

The whole meal deal:

This afternoon I threw four Braum's ground chuck patties on the grill and doused with Mesquite Liquid Smoke, used Mrs. Bairds Grillin' Thins for buns, think slices of purple onion, fresh garden tomato's, and romaine lettuce. Desert was a peach cobbler using peaches I picked in a local orchard last weekend and topped with Braum's French Vanilla ice cream. Oh, drank two of these:

Before the charcoal went out I threw a package of these on the grill:

I've been eating these all summer, they're the best you can buy at a store and come damn close to summer sausage from the deer processor.

Garden-fresh tabouleh, hummous tahini, pickled red onions, pea shoots, and Hawk Hollow Heat smoked mixed trans-habanero hot sauce in a whole wheat pita. Everything homemade & nothing picked longer than about 72 hours ago. Sublime!

Good for you, sir. A nice French loaf is perfect for tomato sandwiches. Keep it up!

I haven't bought bread from a store for like a decade. Get a good, dank sourdough starter going &, as long as you bake & feed it weekly or so, it'll live forever, churning out loaf after loaf of awesomeness.

Last evening, I made 2 quarts of balsamic-infused fig sauce (like applesauce) and 3 pints of extra-virgin confit of oven-dried mini Roma tomatoes with lime basil blossoms & Szechuan pink peppercorns. Fig sauce = quite yummy (could use a bit more cinnamon) & we'll see about the confit in a week or so.
