I doubt it. Most people (at least here) who have around 20 or more discs tend to have a couple of backups for their most used molds in the bag so they aren't screwed if they happen to lose one. They also like to be prepared even for situations that don't usually come up, just in case. I for example have 22 discs in my bag, two of which are pure utility discs, five backups, and in a normal round at my home course I perhaps throw 6 different discs. I still like to carry those extra discs for when I end up in a place that requires a different approach, the weather conditions vary or I decide to try a different line for a change.
