That is the rarest Discraft disc I've seen on there in quite some time actually. Funny I've never even seen someone play with a ringer before, so not sure who's going to buy that.

This was kind of my point. Rarity alone should not equate value, rarity AND demand should equate value.

I sincerely can't believe it. I mean, I like black/smokey discs a lot, as in A LOT. But this is just ridiculous:

FINALLY!!!!

I get an auction pilloried on here :)

the Ringer is mine.

I had 3 and that is my last one

demand is there as I sold 2 used ones for $65 a piece.

Am I asking a lot for the new one. Yup. Is it cause it's rare. Yup. Don't like it? Don't buy it. Simple.

Maybe this one won't sell cause I'm asking "too much". If that happens such is life.

And of course people like the proto D ones (which I have as well) because the Z/Cryz ones aren't readily available. The only run I know of is the 50 that Dion Arlyn had made which this one is from. More people would throw the Z version if they could actually get it.

Having said all that I hope the pricing of my disc didn't offend you.
And I probably didn't need to rant and justify but I felt like it.

At this point, it's not about you. It's about the people who are paying what you're asking.

That is just it, everyone I've talked to that has tried a Ringer says it needed to be made in a premium plastic. So even the guys that couldn't put up with ProD (there are quite a few) tend to lust after a Z.

Imagine if they made 30 Opto Pures.
