I like them Medium Rare

. Also with Bison there isn't as much fat so it dries out quicker so you have to add some more stuff when grilling them

you shouldn't cook steaks in the microwave. nothing special. ny strip from down the street 24 grocery store after a night at the replay. didn't even give it a chance to come to room temp.
