I like them Medium Rare :D. Also with Bison there isn't as much fat so it dries out quicker so you have to add some more stuff when grilling them :).

you shouldn't cook steaks in the microwave. nothing special. ny strip from down the street 24 grocery store after a night at the replay. didn't even give it a chance to come to room temp.
