Can't say I'm a huge fan of professional sports either, but I do love college ball. I can picture that chiefs dye right now, red/yellow swirls for the background with the white KC flag in the middle :)

Here's a couple of new ones, turns out there will be football so I tried this on a clear vector, came out kinda splotchy...

I like the first and last ones, not that the ones in the middle aren't amazing as well. Glad to see Dan Howard has moved on to sports-related dyes!

Thanks! That one was a request Mobster, but another similar one could be done, pm me. And Lamp sorry no nice swirly yellow and red bkg but the vector was all I had when the mood struck and you don't get to do the swirly's on the clear MVP stuff.

Yeah, I'd be pissed if I were you about MVP moving on to the clear stuff. I'm sure you'll be able to get some of the white protons but it will most likely be a bitch trying to get them. who knows.

Dan, your discs are beyond beautiful. Care to go through your production process/tools?
Would especially like to hear how you do the "swirly" stuff. :)

I have just started out. I am using liquid Rit, painting it on, and I have a hard time making the colours really pop - like yours certainly seem to do. (Will post my own - few and mediocre as they are - dyes when I get back from the Danish Championships this weekend.)

That's the secret, see the post to Bombmk above for the link that explains how it's done.
