Ha! Just today I flipped out over a "clear" Ion listed on my day-job's site... turned out to be an Ice Blue

Stamp is indeed awesome, although I found the Ions to have worse grip than the original 3rd run Soft ones (textured) that I had. I seem to be the only one who has reached this conclusion though.

Mine came today. Ordered 2x pink, color more important than weight, but got yellow.

They are the wrong color though; I ordered blue and got three clear discs.

We haven't made any clear Ions yet, the blue is our ice blue color that really reacts with sunlight (UV light really makes them light up). Sometimes indoors they will look more clear without a source of sunlight. Try taking them outside and see how they look

Glad to read this. I got mine yesterday (one pink, one blue) and while they look awesome...I was very worried it'd be easy to lose them since they were so clear.

My pile of Ions is growing, but they fly so predictably that I haven't lost any yet . . .

Edit: Two purty white 165 M Ions arrived on schedule. Stiffish flight plate and they seemed pretty stable, but a slight anny yielded one of my longest putter throws. Nice stamp!

I absolutely love the Ice Blue color! It looks completely clear inside, but when I got out on the course today, all of the awesome looking blue hues came out and shined. That is one badass looking disc, especially when combined with that awesome stamp. And it flew pretty much the same as my other medium Ions for putting and approaching, so that makes me happy too. Sorry about your wait Mikey. I guess Indiana is VERY close to Michigan (well duh), as I got mine when the messages were coming up on this thread about them just being shipped. It was like mine were shipped faster than overnight. I would trade locations with you in a heartbeat though! hehehe

The ice blue sounds intriguing, since for me clear is the hardest color to find, but blue is the easiest. Does it stay blue when it lands in the shade, or does it change to clear? What color is it on dark, rainy days?

Ice blue IS tough to find in the shade. It's probably the least vivid of MVP's new colors, however it is still one of the coolest. For visibility the red/orange color rules imo.

Ions turned out great. The ice blue is cool. Its going to be my wall hanger. The pink and yellow feel great and are going in the rotation. Thanks for doing this guys.

Thanks, I'll need to check out the orange in person and see how it looks. I'm partly color-blind -- red/green deficient -- so orange or red discs tend to look brownish and blend in with natural stuff like grass and dirt.
