That's one of the reasons I like to throw Millennium plastic. There are only a small handful of local players that can get a wind read off of me. I have a pretty good knowledge of all discs and can get a good read off of anyone's throw. This comes in real handy during tourneys and leagues.
Or you could wipe all your stamps off and just not answer their questions when they ask what you throw...
Not gonna lie, sometimes it's nice to be second or third on a card...just not the whole round.
I'm in the same boat as you with slowing down and throwing more DX plastic. Have you thought about adding a less-stable fairway driver like a Leopard? I have 3 in my bag (champ, 2 pro's) so I don't have to rely on a beat-up disc for that spot
