What are you trying to accomplish? More D? If I remember right, you were throwing pretty far before you left for a bit. I know there are some guys who are trying to break 500'; perhaps they'd be the best people to chime in.

Just bought an XBOX 360 and i slept too little and it's gonna get worse. A quick observation from the leg work: DANGER Will Robinson! if you can raise the ball of the foot higher, you'll have less sole to ground contact in the pivot, which reduces the twisting of the ankle a lot. The follow through step is for an approach hyzer throw, but you ran on an anny line. No joy and lost power. Anny step follow through planting position should be to the right of the running vector. Or you won't pivot enough and the same goes for acceleration. A harder push with the left leg should help as well as twisting the hips to the right and shoulder turn etc.

I'll look at these more closely later, Monday probably.

Marcus does this thin where it looks like he is sitting down when he pivots his body. I'll try to look at it again this weekend when I get back home from the holidays.

Looks flat footed and the posture is ugly, watch your head and shoulders from the x-step as you over-extend your reach past a stacked position with the heel down, so that you have to sling your head and shoulders back forward for the hit. That seems to slow your end elbow and hand speed, and your elbow doesn't get full extension with the chicken wing finish. I'd also note your shoulder is more closed at the rip, which I think means you aren't getting your shoulders into it and also responsible for the chicken wing. Try throwing a hammer with a closed shoulder vs using your shoulders, and also if you throw a hammer you will have your shoulders more stacked behind the hips and better braced at the rip for the release of that heavy momentum.
