yesterday wihile traveling home from turkey family gathering my wife kids and i stopped to get snacks. The covience store we stopped at had some disc for sale and i found a favorite mold in a color i have never seen before. So i purchased it. My wife asked don't you have one of thoughs aready? i stated yes i have several of these. She rolled her eye and state i think you need to join discaholics anonymous.

So what is yours discaholic moment.

I gave a guy $3 for a new Z Avenger after a round on Tuesday. I already have 20 Avengers. I just couldn't resist. and then there was the $75 I dropped on discs on Friday.

asking to trade for a non-golfer's treasured rolling disc.

cousin for years had used a la mirada champ sidewinder as her vehicular utility disc, she bought it used in the park as a tray. i was able to produce a weight/model/stamp twin from my stash, and she gave me the disc.

also they sent me a very grainy photo once that incidentally showed a roller disc in action (upside down). i ID'd the shark wing, replied "looks like a Shark" and minds were blown.

besides that, i work in frisbee retail for christ's sake. not exactly a responsible adult decision.

I was crushing Avengers all day and this guy just offered it up to me. He was also a Baptist Seminarian. infer from that what you will.

Jumped into a pond to get back my favorite TL. The water was ice cold and muddy. I was able too see the disc, but the pond was much deeper than I thought. Had to take off all my clothes and dive in order to reach the disc. Got my TL back And a darn flu that lasted for almost two weeks. I thought I've done something heroic. My wife just commented "are you stupid or what?".No sympathy whatsoever. Does this count?
