so i've been playing skyrim on my pc and this may just be the best looking game i've ever seen. if you're into this type of game and have hours and hours and hours ahead of you to play i highly recommend it. i stopped playing battlefield3 to try skyrim and haven't looked back.

Skyrim wowed me for a while, then I quickly noticed the blocky faces, compressed textures and other small annoyances. Good thing the community is going to fix all that up.

Been playin SWTOR, pretty god damn good so far, the marriage of WoW and Mass Effect with a star wars skin slapped on it actually makes for some super addicting gameplay

Reaaally getting antsy about the rFactor 2 beta... They'll release it when they're ready to release it, but man are they taking their sweet time...

Anyway, it's going to be an awesome year for sim racers: rFactor 2, GTR 3, Assetto Corsa, Project CARS and possibly the long awaited Stage 3 of Live For Speed.

I'm most of the way through Deus Ex 2, and its pretty sexy. It definitely holds up as the second entry of the Deus Ex series.

For me Skyrim needs to be interspersed with other games because it is fairly mundane and repetitive after a while. LVL 33 and i've not bothered to level up for a while. Just the same as before leveling up three times in a row getting to 33. Yawn to a point. Role playing the split personality way having loyalties to umphteen factions and each playing the same more or less.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

You like Catherine, eh? Cool concept, imo, but the camera makes it a bitch.

That description fits just about every Japanese game ever, at least the camera part.
