I've listened to Sparta before. They're good, but I think they don't have the same complexity of ATDI (mostly because of the departure of Rodrigez).

Enjoy the new album. It's weird, but if you're a Volta fan you're used to that by now.

Yeah, Sparta's more of a straight up rock band, but they're still good in my book. Mars Volta? Weird? Get outta here! :lol:

Tsk Tsk Frank. :P I listen to and play many different types of music. I watched the kills video you posted and didn't particularly like it but I did appreciate the talent of the vocalist (kinda Mazzy Starish.) I wouldn't say that you have horrible taste in music. I would merely say that you have different music tastes. I've saw everyone from Wu-tang-clan to Slayer to Phish to James Brown to Bob Dylan to Doc Watson live and a lot in-between and appreciate all types of music.

I will also display how cool I am by proclaiming that Skrillex sucks. I was listening to dubstep back in 2006 before everyone else liked it and....blah blah blah (other hipster rhetoric)

I don't think even they like it. Most teens just go with the flow to keep up appearances. Then secretly listen to the Beatles.
