Solid color dye

I picked up a nice wasp tooled z buzzz but its tie dyed and thats not my thing. So I want to dye the whole thing blue or red but have no idea how to go about it. How might I get this rolling?

It'd have to be really dark blue. You'll be able to see the tie dye until the disc is pretty much black, but the hippie vibe might be toned down enough before then. You just find a 8" skillet that you don't want to use again for food and fill halfway with water mixed with 1/4 pack of powdered rit. Heat on low for a bit and then turn off the heat and drop the disc in for a half hour (for maximum darkness).

I feel your pain- I did some dye experiments with a disc that turned out all tie dye and i'm embarrassed every time I pulled that thing out of my bag.

Thanks man I will give that a try. As long as the hippieness is toned down a bit I will be good.
