that grey is just asking to be forgotten about, ultraboring. They tried to copy the prettiest plastic on the market but came up short. Still hoping for a Ti Challenger because I think my grand kids' kids will die of old age before I'm seeing a GL one.

Wonder if the Ti Wasp is any good, haven't heard much good things about Z Wasps.

I think the wasp is the second best midrange that discraft makes, to the comet. If I didn't throw rocs, I'd throw a wasp/comet combo. DX Rocs are exponentially better than D wasps though, in terms of flight patterns and wear cycles.

A lot of people (not necessarily on these forums) fail to remember that the buzzz is just a wasp without the beaded rim.

What is bad about Z Wasps?

There were some batches of Z Wasps that were about the same stability as a Buzzz. That is the main complaint I've seen.

Once the FR Z-Wasp's were gone, the mold just didn't seem to fly the same. The FR's were definitely great to have in the bag. Wish I had bought a stack of them when I first started playing. The more recent runs aren't as stable as they used to be. The last Z-Wasp I bought was similar to a heavy Glo Z-Buzzz. If they could produce the same flight as the FR's, then I'd right back on the Wasp again.

i agree with blurr the first run were so good that the later ones just didn't measure up. i like the x wasp alot and threw them for a long time with sucess. I am really hoping they make the surge in ti.

I have to assume that was by design, though. The FR Wasps were beefy. They probably got a bunch of "they are too overstable" feedback and altered the mold to dial that back.

It's overlooked now because they accidentally killed Wasp sales with the Buzzz. I'm surprised they bothered to make a Ti version.
