need scooby disc selection help

Hey guys I'm definitely new to the scooby throw. I was wondering if i could get some tips on what discs to use on different ranges. How far can u accurately throw a scooby? I was wondering if any of the discs that I have could do the job. If not what would you recommend? This would include sliding and skipping scooby shots back hand or sidearm. I appreciate any advice. I do know what a scooby roller id. i have watched another video of the same guy and Climo talking about upshots and he called the same shot that was a slide or bounce shot with an upside down disc the same thing. If u go on google and type in what is a scooby shot it will tell u the same thing. DG terminology changes so much its really hard to keep up with I know but that is what it is called now. Unless my source was completely bs. Either way I am trying to get some help on the.....lets say flat thumber for the sake of argument. Thanks.

the scooby is not a shot thrown enough to really require it's own disc in the bag.
