Thanks for asking Jeremy about sidearm technique. Everything he said is standard advice here except the 90 degree elbow angle with each release angle. I wish my arm could take FH throwing. Alas i can't do much with a bent elbow now. And very little with straight arm FH too. I hope you guys got help from his tips.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
