Best defunct snack foods of all time

It's not totally gone but can be hard to find: Mountain Dew Livewire. I absolutely love that stuff. The other day I was ecstatic when I stopped at a gas station to get a soda and they had 20 ozs of that, usually these days I only see it in vending machines at highway rest areas.

I'm a fan of Tupla candy bars in general, and though I hate peanuts these have to qualify for this thread.

EDIT: For those interested, Tupla means Double, so it's a Double Nutkick.

I saw them lately so maybe they aren't defunct just yet and nuts are fine and Tuplas in each variation are awesome and i've often gone from work to a kiosk to get a Tupla of some kind to the nearest disc golf course devouring the bars on the way and i'm set to go when i walk to Siltamäki DGC. The downside to that is so many hours of on the go in a row leading to dual plantar fascitis. Not a fault of the Tupla bars. I thank them for the opportunity to literally knock myself out on the course

Smokin Cheddar BBQ Doritos were addicting as hell and sadly short lived. The Fiery Habanero were tasty too.

I am not a snack chip kind of guy, but candy... 2 of my brothers have adult onset diabetes and I still eat candy like it is going out of style. There are two candies I really miss. Marathon bars, basically a foot of caramel covered with chocolate. It is now marketed as a Curly Wurly except I would have to mail order to get them and candy is all about impulse. By far the most missed, and I am giving away my age here, it those little black licorice sticks you could only get in mom and pop gas stations. They were like Australian licorice but denser and about 4 inches long. So good.

Lets be real about chips though. As long as nacho cheese Doritos are around we are gtg.

I hear ya on this one. We have a World Market here in town that stocks the Curly Wurly. So, at any time of the day when I need a Marathon fix, I can just swing over and pick a few up.

ZOTS!!! oh man these things were fantastic!! sweet on the outside then you bit into it and got a gushing of saliva soaked sour sugar!! they were individually wrapped but strung together by the tens i think!!! ZOTS!!!!
