I've displayed my complete computer noobery on this bored a million times already and I'm sure I will again but I need some advice. The company I work for may be interested in creating an e-newsletter to send to our customers via mass email on a monthly or quarterly basis. What's the best way to go? I'm currently playing around with a free template on Campaign Monitor but would like to know if there is better options before I move forward with it.
FWIW the newsletter will be relatively simple and mostly content based but I will want to link to a few products from our site.
Thanks in advance!

check out constant contact, that is what we use at my work. It's super easy and noob-friendly.

Also take a look at MailChimp, haven't used them myself but lots of people like them.
