Brainwave Dyed Discs by "THE" Jeff Ash

Postby dlopez916 » Thu Apr 12, 2012 7:17 pm

Hey everybody. I wanted to share a cool dying technique that my buddy "The" Jeff Ash does. He has been dying like this for over 10 years, and as far as I know is the only one who can do it this way. If you know how, please share, cause Jeff won't give up his secret! Anyhow, Jeff has asked us to start promoting and selling his dyed discs on our site. We are in the process of setting this up (currently taking pre-orders). I think his discs are very nice, and one of a kind!Image

Thanks, and visit the site sometime! We have very unique content, and Like I said, the ONLY place to get these Brainwave Dyed discs!

Love the brainwave dye. Picked up a signed Ron Russell brainwave dyed Comet at the Horseshoe canyon Ice bowl a couple of years ago. It's been hanging proudly on my wall ever since!

Dan, can you brainwave some discs for me? I was going to send them to Jeff, but if I can get them done locally that would be awesome too!

I've only done a couple Chris, wasn't very happy with any of 'em. Jeff's really got the process figured out, especially the color mixing, I'd have to recommend him for the job. However I did just get kicked down a nice white star TL, I'll give it one more try tonight and will post a pic here friday (yea it takes a while), If you like it maybe we can work something out.

I pulled these a little early, but doubt it woulda made much difference. Again, none too happy, maybe if I had a stack to practice on I'd get better but this stuff is best left to the man, Jeff Ash!

That Sidewinder is pretty sweet. I'd throw it.

I know you'd never reveal your secret technique, however I love the dye color. What type of dye are you using?
