First disc you ever bought?

Was given a KC Pro Banshee as my first disc. Bought a 177g Z Glide as my first actual purchase. Next was a used Pro-D Stratus for $5 from our local pond scavenger.

I bought a tie dye (grass green and tree bark brown) Beast only because it said "extra long driver" on it. I remember thinking: "Why would you want to throw a shorter disc?!"

I think that's pretty common. My first 2 was a Reaper, bought it because its a really nice tie died one and said extra long ranger on it and a GL Halo..bought that because it said "superfast max distance"

I threw them and had fun, I had a good idea that they were a bit much for me, though maybe not how much too much.

I then promptly came to the forums,I now have a River, DX Roc with a Leopard and Warlock on the way.

I bought a DX Aviar and a DX Valkyrie. A few days later, I snagged a DX Roc.

175g dx beast and a 175g dx dart then quickly got the 175g dx leopard that I got my first ace with

Dx Teebird and DX Aviar PNA. Went back to Teebirds a couple years ago. One of the best molds ever created.

DX Dart, Wolf, Beast...I have none of them anymore. The Dart was donated to a friend's dog, the Wolf was given away, Beast is at the bottom of a pond.

I can remember the first 6 disc in the order they were purchased. How I haven’t destroyed/forgotten this trivial knowledge is beyond me.

DX Shark in 1990… I was in fifth grade and the only time that disc saw a basket was the day that it was purchased. Probably got sold in a garage sale or something.

I still own these next 5 discs.

DX Shark 171g in 1998…Now in college and actually playing. The stamp categorizes the Shark as an all-purpose driver. Only one listed here that occasionally goes in a bag.
DX Cheetah- Stamp says it is a long range driver…had to go further than a shark.
DX Valkyrie- Stamp says it’s an Ultra Long Range Driver…it said ULTRA w00t
DX Polecat- Hate this disc. Continued to putt with shark instead. Now I loan it to friends as a putter on their first outing if Shark is already loaned out.
SE Valkyrie Bar Stamp 166g Primary driver for like the next six years…
