Here is a rough cut of the first part of Tali open 2012 finals:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JzXXF-Loobc
Some people asked for a more live approach to announcing so i tried doing it live while filming. I didn't want to disturb the players both on film and on nearby holes so i whispered. lcgm8 wanted to cut the film for flow of the visuals so the announcing was cut or lowered in volume at times. His reasoning was that the speech shouldn't disturb those that don't want it and should be audible enough for hardcores who want to hear it. I think we have a problem with changing technology editing the video to look good. At the moment mobile devices have so much stronger colors that once their IPS panels or almost as good technology shows the colors as natural traditional screens look very bland. So you have to pick one or the other for settings because the technology is so far apart that there does not seem to be an acceptable middle ground. I don't know if lcgm8 will change the settings later and upload a new version.
Tali was shot with automation of the camera and that does not produce good image when the sky is grey like it was much of the time in Tali. Siltamäki too lighting wise but there i adjusted some view controls manually for an easier quality to be able to be edited to look better on all display devices. The age of my camera shows on automation and in low light conditions.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
