Daredevil Discs

Today, I went in to a local camping/outdoors store because a friend told me that they started selling discs. I stumbled across some stuff from Daredevil, a Canadian disc company. Having never seen them before, I bought a mid (Caribou) and a putter (Polar Bear), and headed to my usual stomping grounds to give them a try.

WOW.

The Caribou is like a shark-eagle hybrid, was easily cranking it 325, dead straight. It putts well too.
The Polar Bear was easy to control, and doesn't drop off in its flight at all. Sank a lot of putts that are normally about a 50% success rate for me.

These two discs just kicked about 7 things out of my bag. The Caribou in particular is maybe the best thing I've ever thrown.

Just wondering if anyone else has any experience with these. If not, I recomend giving them a shot.

There was a small following for the Timberwolf on here once upon a time but it faded pretty quick, the super gummy plastic and complete lack of weight options turn a lot of people off I think.

The Timberwolf is a glidier Eagle L with more tackiness and a very good durability. It is a good disc but not that great in the wind.

the timberwolf and wolverine are solid fairway drivers. kind of a eagle-l eagle-x combo. they are the same mold in different plastics.

is that true of all of their discs, that they only have one putter, mid, and driver mold and they rely on different plastics to affect the disc flight?

That is definitely true of their drivers, the timberwolf and wolverine are the same mold. The timberwolf is a good disc but yeah what Jesse said.

wolverine, timber wolf, and swift fox same mold different plastic.
beaver, wood chuck, and polar bear same mold different.
I believe the mids are the same but haven't thrown them so can't confirm.

Same thing with long range drivers, Sasquatch, Bigfoot and Yeti.
All three are PDGA approved, but Yeti and Bigfoot are not released yet.
