Back to the OP's main point. There is at least one dickhead in Charlotte who finds discs and -- just as described above -- calls the number and tells the owner he's never getting his disc back and then laughs. His phone number is blocked on all the calls I've heard of. If you got a phone number for him and we can identify the guy there are folks here who will give him a special talking-to. PM me if you'd like us to follow through.
