Ok so i have made a few more changes to the bag.

Distance drivers: 2-172 Z Nukes(1 new, 1 seasoned) 2-170 ESP Nukes(1 new, 1 flippy)

OS driver: 174 z Predator, 172 ESP Predator (beat up & flippy), 174 ESP Avenger(quickly becoming a workhorse)

Fairways: 170 z XL(straight) , 171 esp XL(s shot), 170 x XL(flippy)

Mids: 176 esp meteor, 178 z comet, 172 z buzz, 173 Z Hornet (Replaced the FLX Drone and seems a bit longer)

Putters: 2 173 Zero Line Pures (for putting-new to the bag), 174 Grip Line Pure(straight to anhyzer approaches),174 esp zone

Utilities: 172 z predator(thumbers), 168 esp avenger ss (roller)

I am really liking the ESP Avenger as it is quite a bit more stable into headwinds then i previously remember. I think i may add a Z version soon. The Pure putters have been an amazing addition to my short game. Grip Line Pure is a solid driving putter. The Zero line are great for putting in all conditions. Where have you been my entire disc golf putting career?! Lol.

Also tried some other Latitude 64 discs today, thanks to a buddy. Halo, River, Havoc, Trident, Pain all solid discs. Gold and Opto plastic feel pretty sweet! I was really impressed with how straight the River was. I was absolutely crushing the Pain. Watch out all my Discraft stuff, your spot in the bag is now open to some competition. Any other suggestions on Latitude 64 disc i should try that could replace what I currently have in the bag?

The Pain is a tasty piece of plastic. I am currently using a GL Pain and GL Fuse for my mid combo. Lat makes some great plastic. The one thing I have noticed is my mixed bag isnt as mixed as it use to be.

Ok so the bag is settling in nicely for the summer. The 3 nukes are still the goto distance drivers. The 3 xls still the fairway drivers. Predators still holding down the os duties, with the flippy esp filling that distance gap between my xls and nukes. The drone is back in for os mid duties. Buzz, comet and meteor round out the mid line-up. Zone, gripline pure handle the putter driving/approach duties, with the 2 zerolines still putting. Still testing the opto pain, added x nuke and 2nd esp predator.

So after watching some top pros play in des moines over the weekend, i felt some simplification was in order.
Drivers:
4 nukes(2-z, 1-esp, 1-x)
4 preds(2-z, 2-esp)
3 xls(z, esp, x)
Mids:
1 flx drone
2 z buzzes(1 new, 1 beat)
Putters:
1 esp zone
3 pures(1 grip, 2 zero)
Down to just 7 molds, and i may go to just one putter mold with some glow wizards. I have one i've been trying out with more of a pitch putt style and really seems to be working well for me.

So it's been a few months since i've updated here. Basically i still have the same set-up

*all molds range from new stable to beat-up flippy.

I guess you didn't like the Avenger after all.

I agree that Pures aren't the best putting putters but they are awesome off the tee.

Well that all depends, this year's putting world champ putts with pures. Any piece of bread is just fine for putting as long as it's not big diameter or stupidly slick plastic, you just need to do it.

I personally disliked putting with the pure as well, but they were nice for spin putts.

I did like the avenger, but just like the predator better. More useful for me. Overhand shots are big part of my game. The preds work great for that and i can still throw them in similar sitiations as the avenger. Once i got the esp seasoned it has been my workhorse driver. As for the pures, like them. Just more consistant pitch putting with glow wizards.

well if you throw OH a lot then yeah the Pred will serve you better.

So came across a pro-d magnet and been practicing all week with it. Remembering why i loved this putter so much when i first started playing. Thinking about putting it back in the bag permanently! May replace the wizards soon. Would like to find a z version, but i know they are hard to come by.

Been a while. So after a few winter rounds the last couple of weeks here is how the bag is setting up for the spring. Only real changes have come in the putter line-up and added a wasp to the mids.

Distance drivers- 4 nukes(z new, z seasoned, esp seasoned, x flippy)
Fairways-3 predators(z new, z seasoned, esp flippy)-3 xls(1 each z, esp, x)
Mids-flx drone, z wasp, z buzz, z comet, esp meteor
Putters- z zone, z challenger, d challenger, 2 elite x soft challengers
Utility-esp avengers ss

Ok so finally getting a few rounds in. Bag has been getting simpler as I am down to just 8 molds. The mid line-up is down to just the wasp and comet. Drivers have no changes. Swapped out soft challengers for a couple of firm, chalky feeling team stamp d challengers since the weather is reasonably warm now. No other changes to report.
