Feldy teaches people to grip the rim with the ring and middle fingers at least in the modified power grip. And through the flight plate at least with the base of the thumb and the index finger and i am not sure but possibly both directions between the thumb and the index finger. Just in which variation and strength for each finger he uses i don't know because he didn't go into that with so much detail. He used the terms north south and east west direction when he was describing gripping both the rim and through the vertical parts of the disc. I don't recall if he said anything about gripping north-south through the wing or the flight plate or both. Nor do i know of his ideas for each finger.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
