Flippy Destroyer

So I bought a 175 DX Destroyer a few weeks ago and 3 days afterwards it started to turn right on me and not come back. In those 3 days I maybe threw it 10 times hitting no trees at all, just soft grass. In order for me to throw it dead straight with absolutely no fade at I have to throw it with a descent amount of hyzer and let it pop up. Did I just get a weird one or is this normal for DX plastic?

Normal for wide winged DX drivers yes, fairway drivers don't go that way that fast.

This is why I don't like DX for anything with a sharp rim (basically any driver speed 7 or higher). The sharpest rims that I use with DX for are Teebirds and Eagles, and even they break in a bit too fast for my liking. On the other hand, DX Rocs last forever. I've yet to retire one from being too beat; its always because it gets lost/stolen/hole in the flight plate.

DX Destroyers will be wildly unpredictable. You will just have a throw where it goes from stable to flippy, without a good transition period.
