how about that all social contract stuff in the #sandy thread. if you love the constitution so much that you have dry humped it into brick of stuck together pages that resembles pinhole swiss cheese, you should know that the creators of your favorite sex toy were really into social contracts. social context, its important. look up hobbes, locke, and rousseau, the authors of the constitution loved those dudes. even if you think the constitution is not a social contract and it's slavery - insert libertarian argument- you should know a bit about hobbes, locke, and rousseau.
