Let us know how they fly. I'm not usually a fan of the stiffer plastic. My favorite QMS is the gummy one. They do tend to be a bit less stable than the stiffer CE's though.

Oh man this new QMS is nice. The wing is concave, no bead, no flashing. Slight dome. Plastic feels crazy durable

I have 2 176 and 2 180

They each have some pearl/luster to them plus the stardust

It's a stable QMS that holds hyzers really well. I was throwing some nice flex and torque shots that would stable out. Doesn't flip from hyzer, it holds on. Stability would be close to a new CE QMS.

Only one round on it but it responded really well for a -9 round in the dark with only the QMS and putter. Pretty sure I'll be dumping a few oldies to stock up on these. Those that have thrown the proto CMD2 which was a QMS 2.0(had a micro bead) will find this disc as a very nice substitute

The 176 are flatter

Great great run. Very happy a new QMS run exists

These next few pages are going to be loaded with me talking about these

PLH is almost identical to my heavy appoved CE QMS but the noses are a bit different. That's to be expected with 10 years between these being run. The new QMS has a slighty thicker nose, really it just looks like it filled the mold better than the CE did.

The PLH is higher than my opaque orange Qs that date to 2006ish.

The tooling is rancho, which is new. All other QMS have the old ontario tooling, well mine do from various runs I just looked at.

Those seem interesting how do they fare in the wind?
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

Hold up pretty well in 10 mph-15mph. Its been pretty calm. But then again most mids get beat around in any 20+ headwinds

The stability is really close to a kc pro roc. I am really liking the 176g as they came out flatter. They hold really long forward hyzers better than any mid I have thrown in a long time.

Would it be safe to say the new QMS fly out like a CE or gummy Q, but then fade like a Sirius Sentinel?

Unlike most people, my CEs are long on the glide but have no real turn at the end. My gummy Qs have more bite on the back end.

I pulled out a MF a few weeks. Prototype no less. Started giving it some time on the course. Flight is OK. The bite on the back end seems to be more than my gummy Q. My problem is that it often leaves with a bit of wobble. That is not a problem with my other mids.

My hope would be that the new QMS would give me the flight of my MF without the distance-eating wobble.

For me, my gummy QMS's are less stable than my CE QMS's. They both go about the same D but the CE's fade more at the end. I've got (6) of the new QMS's coming in various weights. I'll compare them to the others. Zj is always right on 8) so I'm sure I'll comfirm what he posted.

Just received the new QMS's. Mine all have the same amount of dome. (172, 176, 180) I hope to get out later tonight and compare them.

They were all a touch more stable (overstable... ) than my 9/10 180 CE QMS. As one would expect the lighters ones went a touch straighter and longer. I like the 172 and I played a round with just it today. Played a shorter wooded course trying to beat it up a bit and naturally it went too straight and didn't hit a lot of trees. I beat in mercifully into a tree for 5 mins after the round and then it flew straighter. I like the slight extra D I get with it.

Mine are all kind of slick. I'm hoping the more I use it the grippier it will get. It's kind of hard too.

On a side note, the 1.2 SMS has a ton of dome. It's grippy and flies straight. D is about the same for me.
