In CO, nothing at all.

Does it allow adults to smoke marijuana in public? No. While the law removes penalties for private adult consumption, it does not allow for the public consumption of marijuana.

Unless the DG course is private land, it's still illegal to smoke in public.

This is how of the prohibition of alcohol ended. A couple states legalized it and then it started a domino affect eventually getting legalized again federally. I just feel it is possible for the domino affect to occur and if enough states legalize it the Federal Government will have no choice but to legalize it federally. How are they going to federally fight it when 25 to 30 states have it legalized?

Yes this is very true. But while I live in a state that would be one of the ones who will pass such legislation(Vermont). Did you look at the election map? I just don't see 25 states in which this could happen. And states like Texas do have the option of continuing the illegality of said substance, regardless of what the Fed says.

Yes but Texas Is actually on the verge of legalization itself. Democratic Representatives are pushing for it and should easily end up on the next ballot which is the Mid-Terms 2 years from now. I personally see at least 18 states in which it could be legalized for recreational use. Out of these 18 states that have legalized Marijuana for Medical use 2 have made the jump to Recreational use, and that could start the domino affect at least for the other 18 states. Remember there was a couple more states that legalized it for medical use this ballot so this could very well be the start of chain events that could lead to federally legalized Marijuana.
