I had to make a low tunnel shot that would end to the right on a particular hole so I chose to sidearm an Opto Riot and aim for a shallow skip about halfway down the fairway. When the disc skimmed the ground it just suddenly stopped cold. No bounce, no flip, nothing. When I walked to my lie, I found my disc hammered clean through a healthy tree root.
