I will keep on building up my physical strength and losing weight and will bicycle even more now that i have a better bike. All of those things help in having a clearer head from not being so tired (the last weekly was the lightest ever for me) but i am still not recovered enough from work when i played and had my hips twist hyzer unintentionally a few times. Grr.
I lost almost 15 lbs last year and even with the knowledge of diet and how to eat less and getting into better shape to cross train more also thanks to my ankle getting better and better after surgery i probably don't have enough fat and time and shape to repeat drop 15 lbs which would put me into normal BMI range. I will keep on track with better habits and see how low i can go without dropping the eating and drinking vices first and will decide how i proceed from there. At this point it is nice to have clear results in losing weight while not depriving my sweet tooth and going tee total.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
