Actually I can't talk about it till they actually get released per my contract. Also can't compare to any other company. This is something entirely new

Aww, I was hoping the plastic blend names would offer information about their purpose / relationship to each other like the Driver names.

Star, Champion, Blizzard, Pro, DX
Ti, ESP, Z, FLX, X, Pro-D
Pinnacle, Icon, Protege, Excel, Gravity
Exquisite, Prestige, etc.

Blend names don't seem intuitive imo ... except for FLX and maybe Blizzard.

The D1 is a thing of beauty. I was excited when my discs arrived at the door. I was ecstatic when I started testing them! No doubt about it, the D1 will immediately be one of my favorite go to drivers. Stable enough to handle a lot of power. Controllable enough to be accurate and effective at lower speeds.
I was very surprised at the results when I threw these alongside my previous favorite distance driver. 4 out of the 5 throws with the D1 went further than my longest throw with the disc that I used all last season . These discs are supposed to go far but are not being marketed as our longest disc (sooooo, let me get this straight, that means that we're coming out with an even LONGER driver?!?). I played a round @ Winthrop with my new drivers and shot after shot I was surprised at the flight I was getting. With lesser effort, I was still getting the same distance, if not more, than I was getting with my previous drivers. On hole 4, the 'horse shoe' par 4, I negotiated the blind mandatory off the tee with a sidearm that I didn't even think I threw that well. That's something I've never even done before and it wasn't even my best effort. Ummmmm, sold.
The D1 will be an instant hit. The plastic feels amazing and the disc flies superb. I don't really know what else you could want in a disc.
I'd be happy to address any questions you might have.
