I'm pretty sure it's the nurses that take care of erections. I've seen quite a few shows depicting it happening.

I never threw an original z extreme. But the new ones I got fly a lot like my glow whippet. faster gator. My flat fb's are much more overstable. I can't compare them to an original production one though.
