Well its winter time so i haven't had as much time as i had liked to throw the Shock.
From the experience i do have with it, i would say it has less turn and more of a sweeping fade that moves farther left than my volts (RHBH) My first throw with it was a slight hyzer at 375' and it reminded me of my stable 11x Eagles.. i was probably 1 foot over the basket and almost aced on the first throw with it
so it obviously felt great for me. Some might say its a longer/faster Teebird...?
The Volt will fly probably more like a Beast, but more forward penetrating fade. Maybe even like a seasoned star Eagle that like to turn a little. I Use the volt for shorter hyzers and hyzer flip bombs.. It has been a Go-To but i think the Shock will be the disc i wanted the Volt to be. If i hyzer flip my Volt it seems to flip to straight and at the last 80% of flight a small fade back that is, like most MVP molds, forward penetrating as in it doesn't fade and burn... it gets that extra few feet every time.
I would say Volt: -1.5 LSS 1.5 HSS
Shock would be: -1 LSS 2 HSS (New "fixed" runs of shocks should be closer to 0 HSS and 2 LSS)
Its hard to rate them because the fades are a different kind of fade than other discs.. HSS would more so tell you the movement left/right you will get at the end rather than a fade and burn.
Im not the best at explaining things but heres a good video showing how they each fly: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=381284091967816
