Hey All
Just finished reading a book that I believe was suggested on this board a while ago. The book is Putting Out Of Your Mind by Dr. Bob Rotella. This book is a must read for golfers whether it be ball or disc. It delves into the minds of how great putters think and how they approach putting. It also puts into perspective how important the short game is in general with extra emphasis on putting. I could go on and on. I put this post in the technique section because I after reading this book I see it as a valuable way to improve your game. I regularly practice the gamut of throws but until this book never trained the 6 inches between my ears. Many Thanks to whoever mentioned this book in a past post.

Golf in the Kingdom. That would get you ready for the Tantric fire breathing and the eight-circuit model of consciousness too
