I'm fairly certain that the OP of that thread is the smartest member of DGCR. He asked no fewer than 5 times for someone to get him some discs in the Memorial thread, even after myself and others said we would do it for him.....and he continues to ask with out actually PMing anyone. Pure genius.

Why was my post wishing the women a good year in 2013 deleted? I hope they do well and have a great season. It would be awesome if we can get more women to play and players like Holly and the rest of the women on Team Innova (and others) are paving the way and hopefully making more women see that disc golf isn't just for dudes.

See, this. You mention Holly, but none of the CHAMPIONS on the Team. Des, Val, JK -- these ladies have defined their career with DG, done years and years of work for ladies in the sport, far and away promoting the SPORT above themselves, and you wanna call this Team "Holly and the rest of the women"? It's so insulting to their accomplishments.

Those ladies have earned our respect -- you'd never see a thread they post "shrink".

Some of the censorship over there blows my fucking mind. I guarantee Anthon could start a thread titled "Innova Men's Team 2013" and post like our neat-o team page; someone would come back with Nate Doss is better than the entire Innova Team. That post would be completely acceptable and would start a whole chain of discussion regarding who is better Innova or Discraft or "other. But, because it wasn't Anthon, rather it was Holly, a post of that nature is immediately removed along with any post that mentions the deletion of the previously deleted posts. Holy fucking shit! I mean; Holly fucking shit!

BTW ZAM, I completely agree. Holly has accomplished very little, yet she is the one that garners all this special treatment due to the fact that she's the pretty one.

That was funny. Juke was all over Frank because of Frank's overdependence on sabermetrics and Frank came back with a "balls gargled per hour" stat and gave Juke a BGPH of 50 or something like that.

Of course it would mean more if it measured balls gargled above replacement.
