Thanks! I'd like to pick up a 1.6 around 170 - 172. I love the CE test runs. Dead freakin straight for me. Yours are so pretty!

Two new QMS. New stamps. Two new Omega AP 2.1 (big bead). About 90 minutes of throwing. This is what I saw. Agree or disagree?

Omega AP 2.1 (175) (new) vs
Qmega (175) (beat and just broken in)
Distance was between 120' and 150'. Would not throw putters any farther. Flight lines were all very close. Very close. The APs are replacing the QMegas for now. The idea is that they may/may not break in, but maybe they will get more grip.

CE QMS (167) (beat and really beat) vs
AMF prototype (173) (beat and just broken in) vs
Gummy QMS (177) (just now breaking in) vs
QMS (177) (new) vs
S Sentinel (177) (broken in and just breaking in) vs
Q Sentinel (177) (the good stuff broken in)
Distance was between 180' and 200'. Really would not throw most of these any further. I ranked them in order from most neutral to most stable.
CE QMS carries the longest. Has the most glide. Is the last to fade back to the left. If at all. Is the only one I will try and throw past 200'.
AMF (mid 90's) try to stay on the CE Q line, but finishes left just a bit earlier and a bit shorter.
Gummy QMS holds a very neutral line. Comes back to the middle. Can be as long as the CE Qs, but takes a little more effort. Go to disc.
QMS. Domey top compared to the rest. But that did not translate to the distance (yet). Looks more like a longer S Sentinel. Just can't stay with the Gummy Q. Wants to finish earlier.
S Sentinel can be thrown straight for a long time if thrown hard (I don't have your distance). Flight line is fine, but distance is not up to the MSs.
Q Sentinel. Really. Breaking left before it leaves my hand. Can't make the 180' mark.
For now. The new QMSs are replacing the S Sentinel in my bag. A good wind may/may not change my mind.

Got the rest of my team order coming. New run of a non-starlight slightly gummy QMS. Curious as to how these turned out. Got some new light QOLF's coming as well. I hope these are less stable than previous batchs. I'll give a report sometime this week.

The Tank-Panzer and the Mortar. Am I reading the PDGA site correctly? So. When will these be available for public consumption? And I do understand "A Rose by any other name...." But. There is a great big universe out there bummed they don't have a Mill disc named after them. :D

I finally got to compare the new slightly gummy QMS against my gummy QMS and CE QMS. The CE was still overstable compared to the others. The new QMS feels like that CE run of the QPLS's, the Waterloo stamped ones. Not stiff but not very gummy. I found that it flew just a touch more overstable than the gummy QMS. It was not windy so I don't know how it will perform into some wind.

All in all, I like this run better than the starlight run.

Does anybody know if Millennium is making any 150 class QJLS's anymore?. It is one that I want to try, but have never tried one. Of course, it may interfere with my Champ Leo's, but I would still like to try one.

I did not see them listed on any order form. The ones I saw went down to 160.

Is the new slightly gummy QMS different than the yellow sparkle top that I got a few months ago? The one I have has a gradual forward penetrating fade.

The SUBJECT referenced 1.8s are as close to a 150 QJ as you will find. Threw those for a few years. Very nice straight lines. I replaced them with 150 PLS. Thrown a bit slower, they make nice straight lines as well. The JLS and the SJLS both had runs at 150.

been throwing a m astra first run lately still in 8/10 shape is a q going to be a lot more stable or similar. sometimes moving up to champ plastic has a ton of effect some time just a little.

My Q-Astra was definately more stable. I went 5-7g lighter to get roughly the same flight. But it just seemed too touchy for me. One time it would hold an anny, next time it would hyzer out. I got more consistent results from the QOLS (a bit shorter) and the ZeroG Quasar (a bit longer).
