Then again, why does Innova use a scale of 1-7? Thats just confusing stuff. Plus, I know people who use Valks for huge anhyzers, and others who use it for hyzers. Just throw the disc and see what it does for you.

To me it most closely resembles a beast. Very fast and stable when new, but not nearly as stable as an orc. Haven't broke mine in much yet so I'm not sure if it will get understable like a beat in dx Beast.

I wouldn't. I'd say it's a little more understable than a Champion Beast perhaps with a bit more glide (it's been a while since I've thrown either of those discs). My 168g DX Beast is noticeably more overstable than my 168g Flash.

How far are you throwing the disc? You might want to make sure it isn't a problem with your technique. I have the habit of either (or both) rolling over my wrist or not leaning far enough forward at the hit and that tends to turn discs over that shouldn't be turned over. I've been throwing my 168g DX Beast 370'+ and it's been acting fairly overstable for me so far, in it's "semi-beat" state. I'm not saying this is definately the problem, I just don't want to see someone go on a wild goose chase trying to find the "right" disc when the equipment isn't the problem.

i throw really close if not 400 ft and i found the right discs. i throw an orc and a crush about the same with the crush being the straighter of the two. and i just changed my approach that is giving me way more power and snap.

and when i said turn over too far i should have added that most of the holes at my home course have narrow fairways and i dont have the room for the s-curve

Just checking. Everytime I think that the discs I'm throwing are too understable it just turns out I'm doing something wrong instead.

For me, throwing using a hyzer-flip, the straightest discs I have are a 172g Champion Viking, a 170g DX Teebird and a 175g Proline Teebird-TL. Start to finish I think the TL is the straightest (if you put enough hyzer on it), the Viking is the longest (it has the most fade at the end) and the DX Teebird is the most versatile but YMMV.

You may want to check out a heavier DX Viking if you prefer the fast, wide rimmed drivers and don't want to pay for Champion plastic. I haven't thrown one yet but I'm looking forward to it.

Flash is like a beast. The crush is more like an orc. It also depends which flash you have.
