Mavs!

Postby steezo » Sat Jun 17, 2006 9:09 pm

Alright guys, T-minus so and so hours until Game 5 and the Mavs need some support. I think we might have an edge, ESPN is reporting that someone has stolen Shaq's walker and will not be able to attend the game.

uh-oh, josh howard didn't help the mavs out much with the dumbest TO since c-webbs.

its going to be hard for dallas now. i called it even after game 1 that miami will win. i do think dallas is the best team. but they have to win twice and that won't be easy.

its ok-home court means home calls, and jo ho was talking with avery about the time out, he never looked at the ref and called it. but oh well, at least it'll be interesting.

Jo Ho may not have looked at the ref, but he still made his hands in the shape of T twice. I think the refs should have waved it off. Heads up by the Heat to run off the floor after the ref called the TO. I think that made a big difference it whether it was waved off or not.

I would have liked the Mavs to win, but since the Pacers stunk it up again this year it doesn't matter to me :D

Way to go Heat. Just goes to show you that it was Shaq helping the Lakers win all those titles not Kobe.

By the way, where is the cut off for a pro player that says "hey, you're good enough that you don't have to make any free throws"? His performance in that area was downright embarrassing (par for the course for him I guess). I personally can't stand the guy, but I would at least respect him as a player if he could actually execute the easiest thing in the sport.

True, his free throws suck, as much as he is hackashaw'd you'd think he'd get good, I dont' care for him either but I dislike Kobe more. Maybe I'm bitter the Nugs got stomped again in teh 1st round lol.

All I have to say is go White Sox. Basketball has turned from one of my favorite sports to a bunch of overpaid criminals trying to out bling each other in the off season...ridiculous.
