www.istockphoto.com has some vector art as well.
but it costs money.
but it's royalty free so you can dye that stuff and sell it for money and not run the risk of getting sued.

I think it's a little more complicated than that. There are various levels of copyright ownership you can purchase, and I think to be able to sell the images you need to purchase the highest level, which is a bit pricey.
