Batman or Punisher?

kinda crazy i know, but my friend and i are arguing and we need more opinions so:
who could win in a fight, punisher or batman?

I'd say Batman for sure in hand-to-hand combat. He's all agile and jumpy and dexterous. With guns or other weapons, the Punisher for sure.

In any case, I think they'd both make pretty good disc golfers. Batman's got more speed and smoothness, but the Punisher is just friggin' jacked so I'm sure his snap and his power is up there.

I would say without batmans utility belt, or the punishers guns batman would lose, with both it would be a fair fight. and thank you for not starting the superman/batman argument. Superman is smelly :-P

Batman would soo wing a disc, I mean he throws those batarangs like krazy, slap a valk in his hands and look out lol.
