My left shoulder is already coming through more than 180 degrees and pointing to the right of my target at the end of my follow through. The problem is you have to strike a balance between finishing power and control. I think I am leaning more towards armspeed/finishing power and less towards control...which isnt good. Keep in mind these are fairly long thows...not max D, but not nice easy 350'ers.
If only I had the body control of a gymnast/martial artist... Power without control in this sport is nearly useless. Mind over muscle. That doesn't mean that one shouldn't try to push oneself form wise on the practice field for future development. It can mess up regular throwing though. Usually the things worth striving for require steps back before advancing.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
