Some drives with more FPS

Postby Aaron_D » Fri May 30, 2008 11:47 am

I figured out that my camera can do highspeed video but at a reduced resolution. Check out my new vid with some highspeed slowmo and lemme know what you think.

cool! i just got a canon s5 that can do 60fps too and have been playing with that for some throw analysis. the higher frame rate helps though faster would be better.

what frame rate did you end up with for the slow-mo segments?

the valk shot at 1:40 looks like it got a little airbounce -- did you use extra thumb pressure on that one?

i think that was natural rise as a hyzer flattens. The slowmo parts are slowed to 15 fps

Crap - I was hoping more frames per second would show me how you keep your hat from falling off.

I was reading about a Casio that could shoot at 300 FPS. I don't think it's out yet. I know that some high-end movie cameras can shoot at 1200.

You look so presentable!!! Did you get a job at a bank?

Hey, Aaron, where do you live in Florida? Tampa?

Congratulations on graduating!!!

You still have the special left arm :-) Have you moved to heel pivot permanently? Your plant step angle varies is that intentional? How's that toes 100 degrees left of the target at the plant working for you? What changes vs 80-90 degrees?
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

no its something im working on as well as consistent left leg followthrough to the same place.

How's that toes 100 degrees left of the target at the plant working for you?

it put too much strain on my plant knee. my lower body is too wild in general. everyone told me to put more legs into it and i think thats where i went wrong.
